LevelEvery pace. Nobody gets left behind and nobody gets pushed further than they want to go
Meet at the gym, pick your distance, run it in groups by pace, then back to Darkroom. Because the route loops back you can turn around whenever you have had enough. Over the years members have run their first 5k, 10k, half, marathon and ultra with us, and the club puts on its own events too: the Backyard Ultra in the spring and the Huntsman Half and Marathon at Christmas. If you have never thought of yourself as a runner, this is the place to start. Just turn up.
