Huntsman Training Club is run by CrossFit Hertford Limited, company number 07514586, Unit 2, College Farm, Hailey Lane, Hertford Heath SG13 7NX. This notice explains what we collect on this website and why. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

When you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address and what you tell us you are interested in. We use it to call you back, book your free intro and, if you join, to set up your membership. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

If you do not join, we delete your enquiry within twelve months. If you join, your details are kept for as long as you are a member and for the period the law requires after that.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use advertising cookies. Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube sets no cookies until you press play.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Email info@crossfithuntsman.com or speak to Hannah at the club. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
